TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern the contractual relationship between LMP Prestige Travel and Tours (referred to as “the Company,” “we,” or “us”) and the individual or entity booking or participating in our tours (referred to as “the Customer,” “you,” or “the Participant”). By booking a tour with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Booking and Payment:

  1. To secure a reservation, a deposit or full payment is required, the balance payment is due before the tour departure date.
  2. Payments can be made via acceptable methods, such as credit card, bank transfer, or Momo payment.
  3. The Company reserves the right to cancel bookings without liability if payments are not received by the due date.

Cancellations and Refunds:

  1. If the Customer cancels a booking, the Company’s cancellation policy will apply. The cancellation policy, including any applicable fees or refunds, will be provided at the time of booking.
  2. The Company reserves the right to cancel or modify a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, the Company will provide alternative options or a refund.
  3. The Company is not responsible for any additional expenses or losses incurred by the Customer as a result of cancellations, modifications, or delays.

Itinerary and Tour Changes:

  1. The Company will make reasonable efforts to adhere to the tour itinerary provided to the Customer. However, the Company reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to operational requirements, safety concerns, or other reasons beyond its control.
  2. The Company will inform the Customer of any significant changes to the itinerary and provide suitable alternatives, if possible.
  3. The Company is not responsible for any expenses or losses incurred by the Customer as a result of itinerary changes.

Health and Safety:

  1. Participants are responsible for assessing their physical and mental fitness to undertake the chosen tour. It is recommended to consult a medical professional before booking.
  2. Participants must comply with all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the Company and its representatives during the tour.
  3. The Company reserves the right to exclude any Participant from a tour if their behavior poses a risk to themselves or others. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

Liability and Insurance:

  1. The Company holds appropriate liability insurance. However, Participants are advised to obtain their own travel insurance to cover personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
  2. The Company is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the tour, except in cases of negligence or willful misconduct by the Company.

Travel Documents and Responsibilities:

  1. Participants are responsible for obtaining and ensuring the validity of all required travel documents, including passports, visas, permits, and vaccinations. We also assist with travel documents for participants who will have issues getting it.
  2. The Company is not responsible for any issues arising from the Participant’s failure to comply with immigration, customs, or other legal requirements.

Intellectual Property:

  1. The Company retains all rights to its intellectual property, including tour materials, itineraries, photographs, and videos. Participants may not use, reproduce, or distribute such materials without prior written consent from the Company.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

  1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Republic of Ghana.

Severability:

  1. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By booking a tour with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
